East Coast Ambulance is not just a transportation company. We are a customer service company with a passion for patient care. We just happen to do it in the form of transportation.
Our mission is to make a difference in people's lives every day. We accomplish this through compassion and professionalism and making patient care and customer service our top priorities.

Our 200+ employees are our greatest asset. Each of us are fully committed to providing the best patient care and delivering the highest level of customer service.

Everything we use in our daily operation is scrutinized for its ease of use, functionality, durability, and performance. From cardiac monitors to electronic patient care reports, all equipment is fully evaluated before being issued for use in the field.

CEO, East Coast Ambulance
Michael Rosellini started East Coast Ambulance and Wheelchair Service in 1998. After working as an EMT, he saw an increasing need for customer-focused quality medical transportation.
Mike's dream became a reality after he purchased his first ambulance when he was only 26 years old. 20 years later, East Coast Ambulance has a fleet of over 60 ambulances and wheelchair vans and is licensed in Maryland and Delaware.
