East Coast Patients Share Their Feedback

Posted by Julissa Guadagni on 2019-02-26 14:24:45

We love hearing feedback from our patients and their families. We always want to know how we're doing --- and we're always looking for ways to improve our procedures and our service overall.

But sometimes, our patients feel compelled to go out of their way to reach out to us to thank the people involved with their transport.

We figured we'd share some recent compliments here on our blog to acknowledge our team members who have truly made a difference in people's lives.

Making an older gentleman comfortable

To Whom it may concern,

I just wanted to commend two of your employees Liam and Anna. They have now transported my 93 year old father two times and both times they handled him with such care. I truly appreciate the kind care and patience they gave him as he has Alzheimer's and is hard of hearing but loves to talk which they played along with his rambling on. They are a true asset to your company. If we are in need of East Coast services again I hope that we get Liam and Anna!!

Thank you and have a nice day.

Keeping calm during a delay

I would be remiss not to speak to the service excellence that Robert delivered on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in the pick-up and transport of Alfred J. from the Bel Air Rehab Center to the Multi Care Center in Baltimore (Keswick).

Pick-up time was at 3:00 p.m. and Robert arrived by 2:45 p.m. Robert patiently waited as the patient, Alfred, was found to not be ready for transport though he was supposed to be. Robert's wait was much longer than it should have ever been; yet, Robert's cheerful manner, his care and concern for the patient was evident. He ensured the patient was comfortable and definitely made a very trying situation bearable. Upon my arrival at Keswick I was honored to meet Robert. I had already been apprised of his actions by the parties who were present during the out processing of Alfred from Bel Air Rehab. Every accolade that was shared with me was immediately evident.

The patient didn't hesitate to share his experience as well. He spoke very highly of Robert and was so happy that Robert had been his transport driver. I am glad I was afforded an opportunity to meet and chat with Robert at Keswick. I am also grateful that I was able to personally thank Robert; yet, he is deserving of so much more. The stellar service that was received shall never be forgotten. Based upon the service rendered by Robert, East Coast Ambulance would be and will be highly recommended for transport. Thank you Robert for truly being a cut above. You are a 5 star!

A reassuring and professional ride

I just wanted to compliment the amazing staff that transported my brother and I from Genesis in Salisbury to his appointment in Baltimore today!! They were very accommodating, reassuring and helpful in a very professional manner.
